Booking Online: Book your tickets online and choose your own seat(s) for all shows in our Main Theatre. Note: The Gaiety Studio Theatre seats are unreserved, but you can book tickets in advance. Online bookings are subject to a £2 booking fee. Receive your automatic booking confirmation and tickets by email.
Delivery of tickets booked online: Once you have placed your order online, your tickets will be emailed to you unless you have specified postal delivery (charge applicable – see below). If they have not arrived by email within 24 hours please check your ‘junk mail’ folder (or by post, if you specified this option) within 5 working days) – and then call our ticket line number on 01292 288235.
Booking via the Ticket Desk: 01292 288235 In person or by phone Mon-Sat 10am-5pm (also open one hour before any performance) Tickets will be emailed free of charge (or posted out to you if preferred, subject to £1 postage charge)
Booking by Post: Write to us stating which show(s) you wish to see, date(s), and time(s) and the price, area and number of seats required, together with any concessions which may be applicable. Please make cheques payable to ‘Ayr Gaiety Partnership Ltd’ and enclose a stamped addressed envelope for the return of your tickets. Refurbishment Fee: A 50p mandatory Refurbishment Contribution fee is included in the advertised ticket price and goes directly towards helping the theatre upkeep and improve its facilities.
Concessions: Concessions apply to many performances (check listings) – Senior Citizens; Students and Children (under 16); Unemployed/income support; Registered wheelchair companion (proof of eligibility required).
Group Bookings: For groups of 20 or more, please contact the Ticket Desk for offers.
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable, but may be exchanged or transferred at the management’s discretion. It may be possible to resell tickets but only after the theatre’s own stock has been sold. A service & handling fee of £1 per ticket will apply.

Privacy: We do not store any credit card details as we use a secure payment system provided by YESpay International Ltd – to process all our payments. If you have given us permission to use your contact details we may contact you from time to time with information about events and developments at the Gaiety. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and follow their guidance on data storage and protection. We will not pass your details onto anyone else.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR TICKETS ARE CORRECT WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM.
If tickets purchased online or by telephone are to be posted, a £1 p&p fee per transaction will apply.
We do not accept reservations for any event except for groups of 20 or more. Group bookings payment terms will be at the discretion of the management.
We reserve the right to make necessary changes to events without prior notice.
We reserve the right to offer promotional discounts on tickets.
Once a ticket is purchased no discount will be made retrospectively.
Late arrivals will be admitted when there is a suitable break in the performance.
We reserve the right to refuse admission.
Customer images may be captured for security, archival or publicity purposes. Any concerns should be directed to the Ticket Desk upon arrival.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched off during all events, and photography & recording are not permitted. Anyone in violation of this policy may be asked to leave and no refund will be offered.
Children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by a responsible adult when attending performances or film screenings within The Gaiety.
